The Childhood Game - Paper Fortune Teller

Do you still remember this? I knew this since I was 7 years old. My primary schoolmate taught me how to make paper fortune tellers. Paper fortune tellers are fun little origami projects that can predict someone's future. 

However, sometime we used to make it for punishment of a game, the loser need to pick a side and speak out the number, whatever is says underneath is that loser's punishment. It is so fun, right?
